<p>哎……</p><p></p><p>BA Poetry: Tracy McGrady's 'Broken Wall'<br />By J.E. Skeets</p><p>Wednesday, Feb 27, 2008 4:10 pm EST<br />Thanks to Wolves' wordsmith Rashad McCants, more and more of today's NBA players are picking up the pen to express themselves through poetry. It's a beautiful thing. And today we showcase one such poem: Tracy McGrady's poignant piece entitled "Broken Wall" ...</p><p>I ask you to pull a chair, Wall<br />Stretch and lighten <br />and peel away your frustration</p><p>Create a window<br />and walk thru to me</p><p>They tell me, Wall<br />that the rings have blinded you<br />That a red ring chokes you<br />while the black ring consumes your soul</p><p>They tell me, Wall<br />that the torch weighs heavy<br />upon your mighty frame<br />That your corners ache<br />not the trembling floor</p><p>All they want to demolish us, Wall<br />I see it, feel it<br />They take Great pleasure in<br />cracking our foundation</p><p>But one nail can't break us, Wall<br />One chip can't stop 'chips</p><p>We will build you again, Wall<br />Stronger<br />But until then I shall hold you<br />Us</p><p>Yes, yes<br />stress THIS<br />We will rise again, Wall</p><p><br />（译者注：wall是墙壁的意思，长城的英文great wall是伟大的墙的意思，诗题break wall是毁坏的墙的意思，麦子在这里用wall来代替姚明是一个比喻，为了方便阅读我就直接翻译成“兄弟”了。另外，诗歌的翻译毕竟不同于新闻，反正在基本遵循意思的情况下肯定要对文字做一些修饰，另外可能有些不准确之处，比如后面的红色戒指和黑色戒指，有人说红色戒指指中国奥运会的比赛，黑色戒指指NBA总冠军，这个我不敢乱翻……）</p><p><br />兄弟，请你拿出一把座椅<br />舒展而轻松的坐下<br />把你的沮丧轻轻丢弃</p><p>敞开你的心扉<br />走到我身边，带点笑意</p><p>他们告诉我，兄弟<br />戒指让你失去判断力<br />红色的戒指让你感到窒息<br />而黑色的戒指吸引着你最深的心底</p><p>他们告诉我，兄弟<br />你坚毅的身躯<br />承担了太多的压力<br />请放心，你现在遭受的痛苦<br />不会让我们无奈的动摇和绝望的悲泣</p><p>姚，那些人想把我们埋葬到地底<br />我能看到，我能感觉<br />我们根基的撼动让他们感到心旷神怡</p><p>姚，你不要忧虑<br />一颗钉子不能毁灭我们<br />一个人又怎能阻止我们这一群劲敌</p><p>我们会让他们感到我们能够取代你<br />比你还要强大<br />直到我们重新得到你</p><p>是的，兄弟<br />背负着这个<br />我们会重新崛起</p><p><br />[ 此贴被荞麦饭在2008-02-28 08:23重新编辑 ]</p>
