The user uses various existing instruments to creatively act on the tablecloth put on TABL-ATURE, and through different sensors, TABL-ATURE understands the form, color and patterns by recognizing the user\'s behaviors. These visual elements understood by TABL-ATURE are re-interpretated to new visual and musical elements and return to the user. Through this process, TABL-ATURE understands the similarities between the intentions and un-intensions in the user\'s active creation behaviors or involuntary behaviors. It creates audiovisual outputs from this understanding and these outputs piles up on each other or circulate in a structure to re-create themselves and thus amplifying the mutual responses between width="1" alt=""/><br/>TABL-ATURE\'s interaction has 3 proceedings, including the visitor\'s participation to the installation.<br/><br/>A. User\'s participation - making one\'s own tablecloth<br/>The tablecloth, which is put on top of a table connected to a computer, is made by the participation of the visitors. This tablecloth is made of regular tissue or paper and no special devices are attached to it. But it can be made by different methods, varying from each visitor\'s intentions, freely creating the user\'s own design or patterns.<br/><br/>B. Image processing and creating media using computer<br/>When placing the designed tablecloth on the table, where a camera is installed, the design is transformed to computerized images and sent to the computer. From the different usage of the camera and lights, various images are created and sent to the computer, where the software analyzes these images and creates sonic and graphic elements according to the images and finally gives feedback to the user.<br/><br/>C. 胫骨

<p>这个跟去年上双的有个作品有点像。这些做科技的，跟跑龙套似的，一个思路做下去就在学理上再没建树了，甚至越走越偏，我还是喜欢那种在“艺术”和“科技”上灵波微步，颓然自得，看起来既不是科技的对立，又不是艺术的解释，但又确实让艺术家震撼，让科学家也觉察些艺术气息的作品。而不是让科学家冒汗的，这又是一轮后现代之后的虚无的论战，又一个“本来无一物，何处惹尘埃”。</p><p>至少在中国，只有崩盘之后对当代艺术的认识，教育，普及才能正常起来，起码是开始起来。有助于我们认真对待高等教育等等的问题。中国人的跨学科思维能力太差，要不就是掌握一门话语权就急于在其他领域得到论证，其实不可能。国外有个先决条件就是他们任何学科的普及都很普及，网撒得大，虽然密度不高，但这有助于各学科的互通，他们也明白互通并不是简单的取代。</p><p>现在中国的艺术家有几个具有高等教育思维的，全是些土鳖，不具备真正的审美能力，不具备创造美的经验的能力，更别说鉴赏了，根本没能力。我们的艺术教育还停滞在我们在教艺术，而不是在做艺术。艺术一生出来就是在做的，从来没有教的道理。</p><p>这个作品让我想到很多问题，包括我自己作品中的一些问题。但它还算做得好的。起码我觉得他的思维很明晰，作品做得干净利落，所有的元素都在为“有用”服务。隐藏的魅力也很大，不过我就是不喜欢这种看图片就能还原的作品。你们是不是要问我我为什么觉得可以还原？！我告诉你，这种照片本身就很现场，而且这么多张，加上我看过几个类似的，8，9不离10。嘿嘿：）</p><p>学习去。。。。大家继续讨论啊，活跃论坛气氛，看到这个死寂的坛子我心里直发毛。这些帖子虽然是转过来的，质量也不差，而且视觉版据我所知潜水的大有人在，你们就注册一下，发个帖子那么困难吗？我求你们，哥哥姐姐，弟弟妹妹，祖宗们，来热身，冬天到了，不把自己搞暖和怎么过年啊……</p><p>最后诅咒那些潜水不发帖的艺青！生娃儿没屁眼！</p>
