        <br/><br/>2007年11月13、14日，曼彻斯特的华人艺术中心（Chinese Arts Centre）将在那里举办Vital 07中国行为艺术节（Vital 07 Festival of Chinese Live Art）。紧随艺术节之后将在利物浦约翰摩尔斯大学举办主题为<b>“关键的身体”的国际会议（Vital Bodies: International conference）</b>。该会议将通过具有中国血统的艺术家的视觉艺术实践对“身体”的概念进行历史性和审美性的表达，将包括艺术家、理论家、策展人、政策制定者和艺术教育者在内的多种身份的参与者带到对话当中来。 <br/><br/>会议现公开征集30分钟的论文提纲 （除了单个人提交，也欢迎二至三人的集体提纲）。请在提纲中包括一个一页的摘要及一份提交人简历。提纲可通过电子邮件提交，<b>请发送邮件至利物浦约翰摩尔斯大学的Cathy Butterworth，邮箱地址：c.j.butterworth@ljmu.ac.uk 提交截止日期为2007年6月1日</b>

        <br/>15th and 16th November 2007, Liverpool John Moores University <br/><br/>Vital Bodies is a two-day international conference, organised in conjunction with the Vital 07 Festival of Chinese Live Art <br/><br/>VITAL 07 continues the major programme of Live Art events by Chinese Arts Centre. The festival will take place on the 13th and 14th November 2007 followed by the conference at Liverpool John Moores University. <br/><br/>Vital Bodies will consider both historical and aesthetic representations of \'the body\' in visual art practices by artists of Chinese descent, bringing into dialogue a broad range of participants including artists, theorists, curators, policy-makers and arts educators. <br/><br/><b>roposals for 30 minute papers considering the following broad areas, are invited:</b>
        <br/><br/>--Representations of the body in art historical terms <br/><br/>--Current artistic and curatorial strategies in the field of Live Art <br/><br/>--Considering audience in the presentation of Live Art <br/><br/>--Communicating meaning through documentation of Live Art practice <br/><br/>--Interventions in public space and site responsive work <br/><br/>anel proposals of up to three people will also be welcomed. <br/><br/>Conference papers and transcripts from discussions will be brought together with writing and documentation from the festival programme, and will be reproduced in a publication due out in Spring 2008. <br/><br/><b>roposals for papers should include a one-page abstract and a CV, and can be submitted via email to Cathy Butterworth at Liverpool John Moores University c.j.butterworth@ljmu.ac.uk</b>
