        </div><p class="text">The Turner Prize 2006 has been awarded to Tomma Abts, it was announced at Tate Britain on 4 December 2006. The &pound;25,000 prize, sponsored by the makers of Gordon\'s &reg; gin, was presented by Yoko Ono. With Gordon’s support this year’s prize fund is &pound;40,000 with &pound;25,000 going to the winner and &pound;5,000 each for the other shortlisted artists. The Turner Prize 2006 exhibition presents recent and new work by all four artists.</p><p class="text">The Prize, established in 1984, is awarded to <strong>a British artist or artist working in Britain under fifty for an outstanding exhibition or other presentation of their work in the twelve months preceding 9 May 2006</strong>. It is intended to promote public discussion of new developments in contemporary British art and is widely recognised as one of the most important and prestigious awards for the visual arts in Europe.</p><p class="text">The members of the Turner Prize 2006 jury are:<br/><strong>Lynn Barber</strong>, writer, <em>The Observer</em><br/><strong>Margot Heller</strong>, Director, South London Gallery<br/><strong>Matthew Higgs</strong>, Director and Chief Curator, White Columns, New York<br/><strong>Andrew Renton</strong>, writer and Director of Curating, Goldsmiths College<br/><strong>Nicholas Serota</strong>, Director, Tate and Chairman of the Jury<br/></p><p class="text">The Turner Prize 2006 is supported by the makers of Gordon\'s gin, who this year are extending the sponsorship by supporting Late at Tate Britain. <p>2006年特纳奖评选落下帷幕.最终被德国籍画家Tomma Abts折桂,她将被得到25000英镑的奖金,而其他3位入围者将分享5000英镑的奖金。搬奖议事上YOKO ONO（大野洋子，约翰·列侬遗孀）为Tomma Abts搬奖。</p><p>得到这个消息我挺意外的的，和04年特纳将爆冷门不同的是，到现在她的获奖最多的报道还是在讨论“绘画死不死”的半调子问题。</p><p>我更喜欢其他3围入围者，但绝不是因为其他做的是非架上艺术。谁来说一说！？别再冷下去了~</p>

<strong><font color="#006600">马克•提切奈（Mark Titchner）的作品我也非常喜欢&nbsp; 我一直很喜欢绘画和科技并置的作品&nbsp; 这类作品很耐看 而且做出来不会显的单薄&nbsp; 看到作品就能看出此艺术家多方面的能力</font></strong>
