<p>里昂独立电影节──迷仓独立联线<br/>LYON INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL- MECOOON\'S INDEPENDENT ON-LINE <br/>影片放映时间：(免费入场)<br/>3月16日至3月18日 每天晚上7：30<br/>SCREEN TIME：(Free Entrance) <br/>16~18 MAR 7：30 pm <br/></p><p><br/>里昂独立电影节 —— 迷仓独立连线 </p><p>LYON INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL - MECOOON\'S INDEPENDENT ON-LINE </p><p>第五届“ Les inattendus ”（非常）独立电影节于 2006 年 1 月在里昂举办，电影节一般持续一周，分布在多个位于里昂的电影院和放映厅，免费向公众开放。在电影节展出的电影大多是首映，也有一部分巡回于其他的电影节。电影节的首要目标是给观众呈现独特的电影，并且尊重他们的自由表述。第五届电影节收到了超过千数的电影，其中有 400 多部来自其他国家，来自包括中国、加拿大、伊朗、新加坡、阿根廷、美国、欧洲（西班牙、意大利、德国、英国、比利时、斯罗文尼亚、芬兰、瑞典、瑞士、卢森堡……）。 </p><p>从 2006 年开始，里昂“ Les inattendus ”独立电影协会有幸得到中国朋友的帮助，我们计划一系列面向中国的电影交流项目。包括在中国展映部分“ Les inattendus ”独立电影节的影片，特别是里昂所在的罗纳省地区的新锐导演作品。同时，我们也收集中国的独立电影，我们希望有幸可以把它们介绍给法国的观众。 </p><p>——法国里昂“ Les inattendus ”独立电影协会 </p><p>The 5th "Les Inattendus" independent film festival was held in Lyon in Jan, 2006. The festival is open to the public for free in several cinemas in Lyon and it usually lasts for a week. Most of the films are fist run, and some of them on their circuits. The premier goal of the festival is to exhibit special films and respect their free voices. During the 5th festival, we have received over 1000 films, more than 400 of which are from the other countries including China , Canada , Iran , Singapore , Argentina , the U.S, Spain , Italy , Germany , England , Belgium , Slovenia , Finland , Sweden , Switzerland and Luxemburg etc. </p><p>From 2006, with the help of our Chinese friends, Lyon "Les Inattendus" independent film association has planned a series of film exchange program facing China . It includes showing some films of "Les Inattendus" festival in China , especially the artworks of some new directors from the Rh?ne province. Meanwhile, we also collect the Chinese independent films and hope to introduce them to the French audiences. </p><p>—— Lyon "Les inattendus" independent film association, France </p><p>2006 年 9 月“矢量源实验室”及 12 月“第二文本实验室”成立，相应建立了“作者电影”和“人类学电影” 的独立影像实验课题，于贵洲省腹地古城镇远和马来西亚古城马六甲建立了“迷仓电影实验基地”，并通过了几种不同类型的影像展映活动，下河迷仓正式开启了影像领域的实验制作、交流展映平台（简称：影像平台）。 </p><p>同时，下河迷仓作为民间艺术机构，建立“迷仓独立连线” 的国际民间交流机制（简称：独立连线），以“影像时代的全方位多元表述”为取向，于广泛空间建立一种深层的跨地域对话关系——作者与作品、作品与读解行动、作者与读解者。 </p><p>“第二届迷仓概念艺术节· MECOOON 2007 ” 为当代影像主题，初定于本年度七月举行（作品参选报名详情见艺术节章程）。 </p><p>我们首次连线法国里昂“ Les inattendus ”（非常）独立电影节，即由民间电影协会举办，其电影节之电影涉及地域广阔、内容层次丰富，不啻为关于“独立电影”的一个丰富的认知生态。 </p><p>——中国上海下河迷仓原创俱乐部 </p><p>With the opening of the Vectors Laboratory in Sep and the Second Text Laboratory in Dec 2006, Mecooon has launched its independent film project for Author Films and Anthropological Films. Shortly after that, several different genres of video arts exhibitions have been held, and the experimental film bases have been founded in Zhenyuan , Guizhou province and in Malacca , Malaysia. A platform for independent video production and screening exchange was therefore born. Meanwhile, as a non-governmental arts institution, Mecooon has dedicated in creating Mecooon Independent Connection for building up a channel for international arts exchanges. Multi-expression-oriented, the Connection aims to make a deep trans-regional dialogic relationship, between authors and works, works and readings, and authors and readers. </p><p>The 2nd Mecooon Conceptual Art Festival·MECOOON 2007 is supposed to be held this July, on the theme of contemporary films. (For details of application please read the guidelines of the Festival) </p><p>As our first connection with Les Inattendus, the Lyon independent film festival, held by non-governmental film organization and whose films cover diverse regions and content, it would lead us to an ecological understanding about independent films. </p><p>—— Mecooon·Down Stream Garage / Shanghai / China </p><p>“迷仓独立连线”是当代影像实验交流共享的机制与平台，任何影像实验团体和影像推广机构（包括影像作者和影像作品）均可连线参与，作者个人作品的交流方式是以不定期《作者电影论坛》的方式举行，机构性的交流方式以双方主题性连线合作方式举行。欢迎广泛参与。 </p><p>Mecooon’s Independent Online works as a platform for the exchange of the contemporary video arts, accessible to any individual, experimental group and promotional institution.
